I've been going back to check out some of the games I used to love, and this is definitely one of them. It's kinda hard to believe it's been a whole five years since it got released, especially considering it still looks like it could've been made yesterday.

I've always been terrible at games like this, and that's definitely not changed, so I had to use a guide to get through it. Even then, the story is so well-written that I'm completely lost in the game, and I'm sorry your kickstarter didn't work out. Would've been nice to try out a full game in this series.

This is amazing. I loved the earlier Last STand games, but this one really takes it to a whole new level. Speaking of, the levelling system is great and you really feel the effects of putting skills in the various places, the vast amount of various weapons are really cool, the story and the missions are cool, I can't really think of anything about this game that I don't enjoy. 10/10, perfect stuff!

It's not the most original game, but it's not a bad version. I'm not a big fan of the way the game looks. I don't mind simplicity in simple games, I think that's perfect, but the choice of very dull colors made this one look way boring.

It really really annoyed me that you could only move in four directions, and the hitboxes werent the best for the player or the enemies. Level design was fine, I didn't get too far in before I got too frustrated to continue, but from what I saw it was all right. The music, I'm glad you had a mute button, because it got too much too soon. Maybe add in multiple tracks, if that's possible, for some variation.

Thanks for the feedback. I apologize that you are not capable of moving in more than 4 directions. Honestly, it is like that to increase the difficulty of the game. And the hit boxes? I didn't see a problem with them. I'm sorry you did. Also, the music is limited to keep the file size low so that you can enjoy the game sooner. You know, to decrease web load time.
Thanks again.

This game is extremely addicting. BEfore I knew it, I'd been playing for well over two hours. It strikes a really perfect balance in difficulty curve, the game doesn't get too easy, you don't get upgrades too fast nor too slow, and the pacing just feels perfect. The story isn't exactly the best, but I can easily look past that with how much fun the gameplay is, and how extremely satisfying it is when you squish enemies.

I like the idea. It's real simple, and I'm totally partial to this kind of simplistic pixel game.

I'd recommend a few changes though
Start out slower, and speed up as time passes. Give a countdown after clicking play, because as is it's extremely easy to just die instantly as the game starts.

Other than that I'd like it to stay simple. If you want to expand on it you could add some sort of upgrade system, though I feel that'd take away from the novelty of what it is now.

The Ironhide art style just really appeals to me. It's like this simple yet not simple at all style.

Anyway, this is probably the second best TD game I know of. I can't count the amount of hours I've logged on this on my cell, and I'm not much of a cell phone gamer either. It's somewhat similar to the Cursed Treasure 2 game, don't know which one came first, but it's still got enough differences that this is a seriously enjoyable game. And that's coming from someone that generally can't stand TD games.

I really, really wish this was a lot longer. I loved the boss fights, even if the game in general was a bit easy. I'd love to have the NG+ mode a bit more challenging, it became an absolute cakewalk. Story was simple, but the dialogue really nailed it. Lovely game!

Even as a guy that generally can't stand tower defense games, I enjoyed this one. I mean, it's still a tower defense game, so it's still not quite my cup of tea, but at least this one is different enough that I can easily play it without getting bored after a few minutes. It's just a whole lot more active than a lot of the regular tower defense games, where all you do is build a maze, or set up your towers, upgrade them, and press go.

I remember first playing this. I absolutely love this type of game, and rarely stop till I've got everything maxed out on the upgrade front. Graphics has never been a problem, so with this game looking as cool as it does, that's just a big bonus.

I really enjoy that there's more to do here than just aiming and avoiding. The whole down-slash to kill monsters and keep going is really cool. Makes this game stick out a bit more than the regular "REACH THE TOP" games.

Sure, the point of incremental games like this is that there isn't one. Just keep going forever. If there is an end game, you have to make it for yourself most of the time.

There are many decent games of this type. This one, isn't one of them. With two different items to buy and two upgrades to go with them, both of which are pretty much useless, this one grows stale very quickly.

I like it when people call me bro.
