A great follow-up

Summary: A great follow-up
Review: I loved Pandemic. I also loved The Cult of Homokaasu's Kill Everyone Project, so I guess that makes me mentally unstable.
This is a great follow-up to the first game, Pandemic. Not only does it keep theg reatest features from the previous release, but there are so many more, and there are so many new ways that you can end your game. The game acts the same way I'd think the real world would act in such a case, where a completely new virus was released.
You get so many options that, during your first playthrough, you might be confused about what to do. Go for the deadly, but very visible effects, or the weaker, but invisible effects? Take the planet by storm, or move slowly? You can improve your virus/bacteria/bug's resistance to different climates, and even to medicine. You can spread it in many different ways, and best of all, you can end up infecting everything. Or just one country, depending on how much you suck. Me? I never managed to get all of the world wiped out.
I like how there are two game-modes, one easier, and one harder. I also like the option between three different types f diseases. This makes sure that you'll never play the same game twice. Which is awesome.
The graphics are really simple, but well-made. You get statistics showing how things are going, which is awesome, but I could've wished for somewhat more animation to it. I'm talking minor things like a cutscene when a country is infected, people are dying, or when a whole country has been eradicated. That could spice it up a little.
Either way, this is an entertaining game, keeping me occupied for over an hour. Which is awesome.
