A little bland

===============
Score: 8 / 10
Summary: A little bland
Review: This track isn't as fun to listen to as the other two requests, but it's by all means still a great track.

There is plenty variation, with a nice rhythm, even though it sounded really generic in the beginning, which pretty much is what I'd expect from a summer trance-tune.

Didn't really care for the bending of some notes, which sounded really strange. They did fit in, but I'd still prefer them without the bend.

I don't really think lyrics would fit in very well. If you changed the song to be a little more lyric-friendly, then maybe it'd work. Either way a nice track.

Sounds like Gladiator

===============
Score: 10 / 10
Summary: Soudns like Gladiator
Review: Actually, it does sound like both. Mostly like Gladiator, though. Proobably because Zimmer composed for both movies.

As usual, a great track. I'm not even surprised when you bring awesome stuff like this any longe. It really is that great.

The only thing that makes this piratey is the fact that I compare it to the soundtrack from PotC.

Great instruments, awesome transitions, very well-made intro and a decent outro. I have no complaints, as usual.

A catchy song. I love it.

I thought I hated House

===============
Score: 10 / 10
Summary: I thought I hated House
Review: You are, hands down, one of the most impressive artists on NG.

I honestly thought I hated House, Techno and Trance, but this is incredible. Don't get me wrong, I still don't like it, I just don't hate it. This song, I like.

I had no idea it looped. It's done so greatly, that I didn't even notice. It was original, and I never got the feeling that it was repetitive, at all. I'm at a loss for words, again. I think that's what happened the last time I reviewed your stuff, too.

Great!

Slight improvement

===============
Score: 9 / 10
Summary: Slight improvement
Review: Compared to Invention No. 1, that is.

Don't get me wrong, No. 1 was awesome, but this one sounded even better. Instruments were slowly introduced, and nothing came on right in your face. Everything fit perfectly together, and the only thing I really could want for was, no, not a loop, but simply a longer track.

A simple, yet really great, melody, that works soothing and sort of like an ambient track to the background of a slow-paced game.

Feel-good!

===============
Score: 9 / 10
Summary: Feel-good!
Review: I'd love to write this whole review in Norwegian, but I guess it's better to write it in English.

I've been listening a lot to Philter the later months, a real feel-good electronica artist from Bergen, and even though he's AWESOME, this is a great competition to him.

It was relaxed, laid-back, everything but unoriginal, and the melodies didn't clash with the drum n bass at all. The drums also sounded great, and I didn't really feel that they were repetitive.

The only complaint I have is the ending. Fading out is the eeasy, overused way to finish songs. See if you can find an alternative to it, but be careful. Endings can ruin a song.

Thanks for the feedback, good to know that I'm a worthy competitor to AWESOME artists! I'll work with the ending as previously said.

Er nok lurt å skrive på engelsk slik at allmennheten forstå ja;)

Needs some work

===============
Score: 6 / 10
Summary: Needs some work
Review: The voice needs the most work.

Vocals, that is. They sound okay, but in the beginning they're completely off compared to the song, and this remains throughout the song, even though it gets better. It's not the great growling I've heard, it could use some more work. Don't push it so much. It sounds better when it's high-pitched, than low-pitched.

The drums are okay, but bland, and the melody gets really covered up by the vocals, which really makes the song sound really badly structured. A melody is always nice to have in any song. Makes it more structured. I could barely hear the guitar, behind the vocals and the drums. EQ dat shit.

I liked how it was original. I don't think I've ever heard of, nor thought of, a metal-cover of any The Proclaimers songs. Points!

A little short

===============
Score: 8 / 10
Summary: A little short
Review: This would've been better if it was looped.

That being said, it's still a great track. I could think of this as background music on some tycoon games, or as Insanimation says, The Sims.

Nice usage of instruments, but make sure they don't come on like a punch in the face. Tune it down, and build it up. That works better all the time.

I understand that you're still pretty new to this genre, which makes this even better. Looking forward to seeing some longer tracks of this kind from you later on. You've certainly got the potential.

I definitely feel like every time I make a piece in this style, it gets better.

Great range of voices!

===============
Score: 10 / 10
Summary: Great range of voices!
Review: Looks like Egoraptor finally got himself some competition, eh? :P

To put it short, the range of different voices here is awesome. I love the sound effects, and the way the voices fit perfectly to the characters. I would've never guessed that all of these voices came from the same guy.

I could've wished for some... more. A longer reel, that showcases more of your talent, whether it be serious voices or funny voices, but I'm still giving this a 10.

You sir, have made my NG life worth living! xD

I do love Mr.Raptor in all his own, but he's still got the flash technique over me! Competition between him, though; Very flattering, indeed, when most of NG is swarming his stuff (Myself included.)

Thank you for liking my versatility! I'm hearing alot of that, and it's helping me decide what will be added in the 2009 demo :)

lol. Wishing for more. Thanks :D
I tend to keep my demos around one-minute, because I also use them on the pro sites, and some advice I've been given is to keep them around a minute, because when sifting through auditions a casting producer won't want to listed to twenty 3 minute demos. Though, thanks! I'll be sure to keep in mind how much I slip in during my 2009 demo! :)

Thanks for the review!

Nothing special

===============
Score: 6 / 10
Summary: Nothing special
Review: Don't get me wrong, when I say "nothing special", that doesn't mean it's a bad track.

It just means that it isn't a great track. This somewhere in between, I can't really rank it as good or bad.

It's got a nice melody, played with pretty good instruments, but the melody didn't really peek through. Make it... stronger?

Intro, transition and outro was okay, but none of them were great. I don't understand why you're so unsatisfied with the outro.

Rhythms, repetitive, but with okay samples. Try more variation. I swear, it'll make wonders.

The main problem is the lack of variation in the track. You really need to make songs like these as diverse as possible, because this just doesn't cut it.
Cheers!

Amazing House

===============
Score: 10 / 10
Summary: Amazing House
Review: I'll be honest, I hate house, and I strongly dislike most techno and trance, but I still manage to constructively review it. This must be the best house-track I've ever heard.

Great melodies, with barely any repetitions and great instruments. The repetitiveness is something I can't really pull down for, because as far as I know, House songs usually are repetitive.

A great intro and lovely transitions, and an equally great ending. Even though there was almost 10 seconds of nothing after the song ended.

A lot of variation in the rhythmics section, which is great. I rarely hear tracks on NG that varies the rhythmics. This does. Great stuff.

haha if you like this one, you might want to take a look at some progressive house musicians like deadmau5 or jelo [youtube them]. its that kind of style i'm doing here. glad you liked it!

I like it when people call me bro.
