[Abstraction]

Oh my

This might just be the first 0 I've given to an art piece ever.

Thing is, there's nothing lying behind this. No effort, no red thread to follow, no concept, it's just completely random shapes thrown onto eachother, layer upon layer, in different colors. There's not even a proper depth to it as there's no way to tell which piece is on top and which pieces are on the bottom.

Well, the one thing you've got going for this piece is really the palette. Other than that it really just looks like simple strokes without any particular flow to them, with a mix of sharp and rounded edges. You might've gone for abstract art, but I can't say it's very well executed, and it rather seems like a cheap excuse.

Your cartoony style is really well done, absolutely impressive character design.

The color palette you've used is perfect for this piece. I love your shading and, as mentioned, character design, especially the facial expression in this one. I don't know the story behind the character though, which could probably change my impression a bit.

That said, it doesn't really look like a void if that's what it's supposed to be. THen again, I have no idea what a void is, but IMO it seems more like a cheap trick not to have to draw a background. Oh well.

The pose does look a bit odd, unnaturally twisting the body like that, like she's running away from something and looking back, but I'm not sure what the setting is.

Not bad

Really like where you're heading with 3D art, always nice to see someone's skill progress.

However, this is not your best piece. There are some odd lines on his throat and face, and the anatomy is quite off, same goes for the shading. The feet look different as well, like he's wearing uneven shoes or something like that. His hair looks more like a cap or something like that, and there are some hard edges that you still want to work on smoothing out. Other than that it doesn't seem too bad, you have improved on the face with the eyes, nose and ears in your own style, and not looking off at all.

Good

It's a good little 3D rendering, but it has ome things you should fix.

For instance, it doesn't look very realistic. Now I know your style is more cartoony, but the texturing on the bun for example looks way off, looks more like sand to be honest. The meat too looks more like a lump of something brown. and the salad looks a bit off. See if you can add some running ketchup, give the meat some more texture, and change the texture on the buns. Also, it has some sharp edges, so you should smooth those out (:

Feels a bit dizzying looking at the texture on this. There's no real depth to it, no shading or lighting, it's just all very flat which is why the texture on the skin is really somewhat dizzying. Concept is okay i guess, though I think this whole brony thing is pretty retarded :|

I'm not familiar with that meme, so I don't really get it. Even after watching it, I'm not too sure it's a proper meme, never seen it before and I don't really get it. Probably an inside thing from Stateside that I'm not familiar with.

Either way, nice cartoony style, not very detailed, with absolutely no shading or lighting, which I could wish for.

Comic book front page?

Looks really amazing, could easily go for the front page of a comic book. Really well done style and with the coloring, just excellent. The lighting is great, as is the shading, and the facial expressions are pretty much priceless.

Disturbing

Damn, there's so much shit going on in this piece.

I love the style, really colorful and really cartoony, which I think fits... well, it fits the concept of this. Either way, love it.

Puppet

I like that you're experimenting with adding bodies to your heads, absolutely a step forward!

Unlike your heads, though, this one doesn't really look human. It seems you've left out the eyes, and it all looks more like a puppet. The anatomy is somewhat weird as well. Coloring seems a bit off, and it doesn't look like a jacket he's wearing, it looks mor elike he's painted on.

You could probably make the nose more prominent, without the proper shading it's hardly visible, but you've done a good job on shading other parts of the body. You don't really need to add fingers or toes with this puppet-like style.

Nice that you've gotten rid of the hard lines, they were somewhat ruining the image on your heads.
