Okay

===============
Score: 4 / 10
Summary: Okay
Review: Honestly, this is way too short for me. I know it's a gag, so the fact that it's so short won't affect the score I'm giving you.

The graphics were okay. The characters resemble the ones they're supposed to look like, which is pretty good. There wasn't any animations, except for a little tweening. Then again, this piece doesn't really need any animation.

Me, I didn't really find it any funny. It was hard to even make out that Link was sad to begin with. When it panned out, I saw what I think was Zelda and Mario just standing close to eachother. Sure, it was an okay gag when she went down on him, but I honestly don't feel anything special about this flash.

Well done, but short

===============
Score: 6 / 10
Summary: Well done, but short
Review: I was honestly dumbfounded when it ended so suddenly. I thought it'd be longer. Either way, here's the review:

Animations and graphics are well done. Drawings are nice, and that morph looks like it must've been a pain in the ass to animate. Well, it was worth it, because it looks absolutely great. I know I'd never have the patience to do it.

Story, there's not much of it. It's been made around this audio clip, so you did a good job. One voice is bad, the other is clear and good. Might be intentional, I'm not sure. The lip syncing looks great, so good job on that.

To conclude, it's a nice lil' short, well animated, but huge minus seeing as it's that short. That doesn't mean it's bad. You should make a lot of these random flashes and compile them into one random flashfest. I'd watch that.

Not too shabby

===============
Score: 7 / 10
Summary: Not too shabby
Review: I see potential here. At first I just found it annoying, but it grew on me and I found myself laughing towards the end.

First off, the graphics should be improved a little. They're not bad, not at all, they fit the style of the story perfectly, but the first impression isn't very good, and it might be hard to captivate the viewers.

Story is original. It's not too deep, but not too shallow. It's got great humor, though I think the ending could've been a little improved. To be honest, it should've been a little shorter, as it grew a little tiring towards the end.

Simply try not to elaborate as much, and I think you'll do great.

Not satisfying

===============
Score: 3 / 10
Summary: Not satisfying
Review: Well, first off, I know that this is your first attempt at stop motion. Stop motion is not as easy as people think. There are a lot of factors that play in.

First off, you need to get a tripod for your camera. That way you'll make sure it stays still.
Next, make sure the lighting is well. Keep the same lighting in any scene, and stay away, you don't want to cast a shadow.
Scenery is important. In the second movie, you could clearly see the TV was on, and it wasn't flattering at all. Even if it's just a blank sheet of paper, it's better, and not distracting.

You had way too few pictures. You need at least twice, maybe even three times, as many, to make it smoother.
The clay sculptures were okay, but seeing as they were to resemble the Castle Crashers, you should work some more on them.

THe music was absolutely horrible. I guess you like it yourself, but it doesn't fit in at all.

And don't use the flash to explain stuff, that's what the Author's comment is for.

I think you should consider doing somethiing else, unless you're patient enough, as this is a very time-consuming genre. You should probably stick to voice acting, that's what you're good at :P

Nicely executed

===============
Score: 7 / 10
Summary: Nicely executed
Review: I see a lot of people trying to make movies like these nowadays. Mysterious, kinda creepy, scary, with a twist at the end. You've done it pretty well, seeing as it's hard to get the right mood.

Graphics were pretty good. You might want to practice a little more on your drawing skills, as some of it seemed pretty rushed, while the close-ups of the face was pretty interesting. Background was pretty bland, which is something you should try to do something about.
Animations were okay at best. A lot of people use tweens, which of course works fine, but FBF often looks better. You should take your time, and draw some FBF in your movies.

The audio, I've got nothing to complain about. The background music was great, gave me that creepy feeling, feeling that something was haunting the place, something wasn't right. Voices would probably ruin the flash, so I think you're better off leaving them out of the picture for now. You shouldn't have added the text, though. You could instead draw a bigger picture of him waking up.

To quickly sum it up, you've got great potential, and you're better than a lot of the people on here. You should work some more on your drawing, and try to take your time, making some FBF animations instead of tweening. I'm pretty sure you'll be pleased with the results.

Ignore that silly Norwegian

This is incredible, I love this humor. I know some don't understand it, but I laugh so hard, every time!

I am a TRUE Norwegian. That guy is totally faking it.

Noel-Ranger responds:

wtf this is not a humoristic movie

Great parody

===============
Score: 8 / 10
Summary: Great parody
Review: As per usual, you bring on just what I'd expect from you. A funny piece of animation. And this parody even have roots in the story from Hasbro, where we see these old robots that took on shapes like this robot.

The animations were smooth, as were the graphics. The story was funny, but short, and ended rather abruptly.

I also liked the style. This was supposed to look like an old silent movie, and you hit that spot on. It really gives me that feeling. Both music and the sepia tone made it work just fine.

Only thing I could wish for was a little... more? It ended too suddenly.

Really cute

===============
Score: 9 / 10
Summary: Really cute
Review: As the summary says, this is really, really cute, in a weird way. I'd also say that this is your best pencilmation, going up to #6.

As is the true nature of these pencilmations, the animatioons are smooth and the graphics are simple, as if they were drawn by a pencil. Which is the intention of the author.

The SFX are well selected and sound simple but great, and are timed well.

What really brings this flash up though, is the originality, creativity and humor. It's something new, not something you see all the time, and the story is short and funny. That is possibly the only minus, that it's a little short.

Making flash like this gives you endless possibilities. And you're using them well! Great stuff!

Soothing

===============
Score: 10 / 10
Summary: Soothing
Review: I've probably said this before, but this is a very relaxing, soothing and calming animation. At first I wasn't really sure what it was, just some random stuff happening on the screen, but the combination of the simple, strong colors, cute drawings and smooth animations, combined with music by Andy McKee, really felt relaxing on me.

I love how you've pretty much abandoned all rules of physics, all rules of flash, and made this. There's no particular story and everything is just random, something that rarely ends up well. But you really did it, and that's a great feat.

I love the composition, the simplicity, and the beauty of this flash. I also checked out the first... episode, and you've improved a lot. Great stuff!

Creativity and originality

===============
Score: 10 / 10
Summary: Creativity and originality
Review: The fact that this is a "pencilmation" itself nets a few starpoints. It's something you rarely see on NG, but I love seeing it every time I see it.

It seems so simple, but the graphics work perfectly, after all, this is all simply drawn witha pencil, that is also animated well onto the screen. The animations are as smooth as can be.

Sound effects are sweet, well selected and well timed. This is, IMO, not the best in the series, but it's still a really great episode, with a fun little story. I can't find anything to pull it down, not even one starpoint.
